How to find it

A little way back down the Ridgemont Road from Kids Stuff and Deadfall (less than 100 metres), on the left side of the road as you head down. Look out for the sign.

Alternatively, new in 2009, you can head up the entrance to Kids Stuff, and turn right before the Splitting Bears turn.

Trail

Classic old school single track. If you go the original way off the Ridgemont Road you get a steepish climb to the start of the down. Beautiful trail that really flows and is nice and shady on a hot day. You'll see the remains of an old trapper cabin at the summit.
